Renée Stewart is a graduate of Ohio University where she holds a BS in Communication Studies and an MS in Organizational Communication. She began her higher education career at Ohio University, where she helped develop a new office for Corporate and Foundation Relations and helped the Advancement office facilitate the university’s inaugural Giving Day.
Renée devotes a large portion of her time to volunteer work for organizations like the American Cancer Society and Propionic Acidemia Foundation. She is also a singer/songwriter and sings lead in The Renée Stewart Band whose debut album “Stories” was released in Summer 2022. She has a twelve-year-old son, Ross, and two-year-old black lab, Ella Fitzgerald.
