The virtual program includes dedicated virtual networking sessions, on-demand workshops, livestreamed featured speaker presentations from the in-person conference, and more. A full virtual schedule can be found on the FWCA website.

How do I access the virtual FWCA conference?

The virtual conference can be accessed through the FWCA app. Once you registered for the conference, whether you are a speaker or attendee, you should have received an email with instructions on how to download and login to the app. Use Event ID krKNa2BAv9yTNOwy to find the conference.

What if I registered to attend FWCA in person but need to switch to virtual?

That’s no problem. Please email cpeinfo@vt.edu with your registration information and they can assist you.

How do I edit my speaker profile in the app?

Once you have been invited to the app, you will be assigned a “task,” which will grant you editing ability.

Can I use the app for the in-person conference?

Absolutely! The app offers plenty of features for in-person attendees, including a copy of the schedule, speaker profiles, and the opportunity to connect with other attendees.
