The course is a four-module pathway that addresses the topics: How can I be an ally? How do we practice active listening? How do we use language to create affirming spaces? What is intercultural competence?

This online, self-paced course is for anyone who manages a program or facility with supervisory responsibilities and wants to implement strategies for welcoming, safe, affirming and accessible workplaces. The course is a four-module pathway that addresses the topics: How can supervisors foster an inclusive workplace? How do I have difficult conversations? How do I interrupt implicit bias in the workplace? How do we address the December Dilemma?

Enroll: Inclusive Pedagogy-How Student Identities Matter

This online, self-paced course explores how student identities matter in the classroom. Through nine mini-modules using case studies, short readings and information on campus resources, participants discover equitable practices that accommodate the diversity of student identities related to ability, socioeconomic status, veteran status, religion, gender identity & gender expression.

Enroll: Inclusive Pedagogy Pathway

This year-long cohort pathway begins with an introduction to inclusive pedagogy and a self-assessment using an inclusive teaching rubric. Participants prepare a professional development plan and select at least four of the following courses: Anti-Racist Teaching; Fostering an Inclusive Classroom Environment; Fostering a Growth Mindset; Handling Difficult Conversations; Inclusive Pedagogy: How Student Identities Matter; Reducing Implicit Bias in the Classroom. The pathway concludes with a re-assessment using the inclusive teaching rubric.
